At Perfume Heaven, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

 

 

• You may request a return or exchange within 4 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, used perfumes cannot be returned.

Refund Process

 

 

 

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment or via bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

 

 

 

• Too much used, or damaged items due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.
• Damaged items by customer may not be eligible unless they arrive damaged or defective.
